I've got the perfect easy dinner recipe for those busy days. When I came across this "low-cook dinner", I was hooked. Read on for the recipe!
First off, I am not a lady who breads her own chicken, so I used ready-to-go chicken nuggets. I like the Just Bare brand.
Ingredients needed:
Frozen chicken nuggets
Crunchy lettuce of your choice- cabbage, romaine, iceberg
Ranch dressing- I used Light Ranch
Tortilla- get the Burrito size
Shredded cheese
Buffalo Sauce, I used this one.
From there, simply pop the nuggets into the air fryer. While they are cooking, chop up your lettuce and spread a little Ranch on your tortilla.
Once the chicken nuggets are out, toss them in the buffalo sauce. I like a good amount of sauce here, but go with your personal preference.
Load up the tortilla! First buffalo chicken nuggets, then crunchy lettuce and cheese. Wrap it all up and ENJOY!
